    great staff but hotel needs urgent updates and repairs for a more pleasant experience

    The tv was a nice touch. The hotel requires significant upgrades, especially since the pool was closed, and common areas were not well maintained.

    We greatly enjoyed rooms with full kitchen. The management was incredibly nice, as well as the staff. The airport was 19 miles away.

    The staff were dirty, didn't expect that coming.

    The staff provided really good service, addressing issues with my room promptly. I appreciated their genuine concern and efforts to make things right. The bed in the Queen Studio was super comfy, a delight after exploring local attractions. I enjoyed the spacious layout.

    I stayed in a Queen Suite for 3 nights as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable and the room had ample space for relaxation. The tv added a nice touch. The staff was responsive to my needs throughout my stay. A decent experience 😊

    Had a blast with my friends at this place! The bed was super comfy, much needed after our days exploring the local attractions like the beautiful parks and fun downtown area. We really enjoyed the space, perfect for hanging out together.

    One downside was the lack of daily housekeeping. It would have been nice to have our space tidied up .

    The staff were friendly and accommodating, made the check-in process smoother. The room had trouble with heating. Cold showers were a persistent issue throughout my stay. The hotel had a neglected appearance, both inside and outside, with overflowing trash bins that were not attended to. Despite the location's convenience near my training, the overall maintenance left much to be desired.

    The bed in my Queen Suite was sooo comfy 😊 It felt great after a long day. The cleanliness was a plus, but the lack of daily housekeeping was a downside for sure.

    Stayed at Revi Columbus North for a weekend getaway. the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, making sure our room was perfect. Despite some initial hiccups, the manager went above and beyond to rectify any issues promptly. the front desk staff were fantastic and genuine in their service, ensuring a pleasant stay.

    Can just recommend this hotel.
